We show managers how to think differently
It’s a real shift in mindset for someone managing a team for the first time. We help managers recognise that before they can successfully manage others, they must first understand their own strengths and weaknesses.
We work on their skills (the way they communicate, for example) and their mindset (learning how to look at things differently). We also work on how to avoid autopilot and become intentional, which helps them handle situations more skilfully to get the best outcome.
Our popular 'ready-to-go' management programme
This is the perfect introductory course for new managers and gives them a good foundation, which they can then go away and build on. Split into six modules, it’s usually delivered as six half-day sessions spread over several weeks.
Topics include areas like managing yourself, managing teams and dealing with difficult conversations. Many of our clients return to run this course time and again as new managers come through the ranks.
Looking for something a little more ‘bespoke’?
You may have a very clear idea of the kind of management course you want to create, but perhaps need a little help getting it off the ground. We’re very experienced at taking your brief and creating a programme unique to a particular situation.
We can either create content for you, use yours, or combine a mixture of both. Sessions can be planned to fit in with whatever schedule works for you.

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a great option if you need a tailored, more personal development approach for an executive, manager or leader.
Usually one to one, these sessions are the chance for individuals to work closely with us on whatever is important to them. Ultimately executive coaching can help people to radically improve their performance, which will have a huge impact on your business.
Who is executive coaching for?
Usually aimed at mid to senior level leaders, people come to executive coaching for a whole range of reasons. It might be something very specific - for example they may have just inherited a new, dysfunctional team and are after some strategies to turn this around. Or it could be they have no particular goal and it acts as a kind of safe space where they have time to think. It can give them the opportunity to chat through what’s on their mind and figure out what might be holding them back.
Why is it helpful?
Executive coaching is a chance to tackle a specific issue or stand back and look more objectively at things with the support of an expert. In the first instance it’s a really effective and targeted way of resolving the problem in hand. In the second, it gives people space to stop, think and assess where they are. How are they feeling? What’s working? What isn’t? What can be improved? With our help, our coachees usually arrive at their own solutions and go back to the workplace with a clearer idea of where they are heading and how they’ll get there.
How our coaching sessions work
Our sessions are all about building up trust through confidential conversation. This can be done face to face, or virtually. Typically the first meeting is a ‘chemistry’ session (around 30mins long), to check that both coach and coachee feel comfortable working together. This is then followed by a ‘discovery’ session (typically 1hr – 90mins) to discover what matters to the coachee and to decide on a loose coaching journey (high level topics that will evolve over time). The next few sessions are usually an hour each and occur every 3-4 weeks. As conversation evolves through these sessions, it becomes clearer to the coachee what actions they want to take.
Why choose us for executive coaching?
We have over 10 years of experience as executive coaches, and genuinely enjoy meeting people and helping them with their challenges. This means we find it easy to build trust and establish an authentic connection. We’re then able to empathise and guide coachees in just the right way, to help them arrive at their own conclusions. Which is more likely to motivate meaningful and lasting action.
